A Few Important Details
Getting to the Northside: The Northside is accessible via a short, 2-minute ferry ride from the famous Split on the Southside. Ferries run regularly from early morning until late evening.

Stairs Access: Unit 3 is on the first floor and is accessible by stairs only.

Dock Safety: The dock is for relaxing and views. No swimming is allowed at the dock due to safety concerns. There are excellent swimming beaches nearby.

Check-In Note: We don’t have an on-site office, so please share your arrival time in advance so our team can meet you for a smooth check-in.

A reservation can be cancelled without penalty, if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received between 29 days and 8 days prior to arrival sustain a 30% Late Cancellation Fee ​, including all applicable taxes​ . Cancellations received 7 or less days prior to arrival will sustain a full cost Late Cancellation Fee charge including all applicable taxes. All reserving guests agree to provide a current Mastercard or Visa number with expiry date as reservation security. In addition all reserving guests agree to pay the Late Cancellation Fees as outlined above. We are not responsible for flights that are delayed or cancelled, therefore we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance provided by most carriers to cover your costs.

    • Yes, all bed linens and bath towels are provided. We recommend bringing your own beach towels for sunny days at The Split or other swimming spots around the island.

    • No, we don’t make direct local flight reservations; however, our team can provide you with a reservation link to conveniently book your own flight.Β 
    • Yes, we can arrange a taxi service from the Caye Caulker ferry docks or airport to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival at your property.

    • (Ferry): The last water taxi is around 5:30 PM. If you miss it, you must either stay overnight in Belize City or arrange an expensive, private charter boat. Schedule and fare changes are frequent; travelers must verify all departure times with the operators (Water Taxi/Sprinter) directly.Β (Alternative): For a faster option, you can choose to fly via Tropic Air from either Philip S.
