Location & Access

Northside Tranquility: Casa Sirena is located on the Northside, offering a unique, tranquil, and remote getaway experience surrounded by nature. Expect to see local wildlife (lizards, crabs, birds!).

Ferry Service: The Northside is accessible only by boat. A convenient ferry service runs across “The Split” from approximately 6 AM to 10 PM for a small fee. We recommend purchasing a punch card for easy travel.

Nearby Conveniences: The Northside currently features several delicious restaurants (7) and two convenience stores nearby for essentials.

Shared Amenities: The pool, grill, outdoor eating areas, and laundry facilities are shared with the two other units on the property.

Mid Season (May 1 – Aug 31 & Nov 1 – 30): The rate is $128 per night (based on two guests).

Special Season (Sep 1 – Oct 31): The rate is $112 per night (based on two guests).

Please note: All rates have a charge of $25 per extra guest per night. Rates are in USD and do not include the 10.75% Government Hotel Tax or a one-time $60 cleaning fee.

A reservation can be cancelled without penalty, if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received between 29 days and 8 days prior to arrival sustain a 30% Late Cancellation Fee ​, including all applicable taxes​ . Cancellations received 7 or less days prior to arrival will sustain a full cost Late Cancellation Fee charge including all applicable taxes. All reserving guests agree to provide a current Mastercard or Visa number with expiry date as reservation security. In addition all reserving guests agree to pay the Late Cancellation Fees as outlined above. We are not responsible for flights that are delayed or cancelled, therefore we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance provided by most carriers to cover your costs.
Minimum booking is 2 nights.

    • Only a few of our properties have pools. Tranquila Caye offers a private pool exclusively for your use, while condos within the Popeyes Beach Condos complex feature shared pools. One of our northside properties, Infinite Sea, has a pool shared between two units. Please refer to the individual property details for specifics.
    • Yes, all bed linens and bath towels are provided. We recommend bringing your own beach towels for sunny days at The Split or other swimming spots around the island.
