Screened-In Porch: Dine al fresco on the top-floor, screened-in porch with seating for four—the perfect place to relax without worrying about bugs.

Important Details About Casa Sirena
Mandatory Transport: It is mandatory to rent bikes or a golf cart for your stay, as we are located 1/2 mile from The Split. We can help arrange your rental needs!

Northside Access: The Northside is a quiet, remote getaway accessible only by a short ferry ride from The Split (runs from approximately 6 AM to 10 PM). Be mindful of local critters like lizards and crabs, as you are surrounded by nature.

Sleeping Arrangement: Comfortably accommodates up to four guests with a King bed on the first floor and a Queen pullout sofa on the second floor.

Shared Spaces: The pool, grill, fire pit, and rooftop deck are shared with guests in the two studio units on the property.

High Season (Dec 1 – Apr 30): The rate is $175  per night (based on three guests).

Mid Season (May 1 – Aug 31 & Nov 1 – 30): The rate is $156 per night (based on three guests).

Special Season (Sep 1 – Oct 31): The rate is $136.50 per night (based on three guests).

A reservation can be cancelled without penalty, if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received between 29 days and 8 days prior to arrival sustain a 30% Late Cancellation Fee ​, including all applicable taxes​ . Cancellations received 7 or less days prior to arrival will sustain a full cost Late Cancellation Fee charge including all applicable taxes. All reserving guests agree to provide a current Mastercard or Visa number with expiry date as reservation security. In addition all reserving guests agree to pay the Late Cancellation Fees as outlined above. We are not responsible for flights that are delayed or cancelled, therefore we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance provided by most carriers to cover your costs.

      • Cancel 30+ days before arrival: No penalty.

    • Yes, your booking is guaranteed once you receive confirmation and your 50% deposit payment has been received to secure the reservation.
    • No, nightly rates are not inclusive of the Government Hotel Tax (9% or 10.75% depending on the property). A fixed Laundry & Cleaning Fee is also separate and applied per stay.

    • Only a few of our properties have pools. Tranquila Caye offers a private pool exclusively for your use, while condos within the Popeyes Beach Condos complex feature shared pools.     • Yes, all bed linens and bath towels are provided. We recommend bringing your own beach towels for sunny days at The Split or other swimming spots around the island.

    • Yes, we can arrange shuttle services from Belize City airport (BZE) to the water taxi terminal, and further assistance upon your arrival on Caye Caulker.
    • No, we don’t make direct local flight reservations; however, our team can provide you with a reservation link to conveniently book your own flight. 
    • Yes, we can arrange a taxi service from the Caye Caulker ferry docks or airport to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival at your property.
    • You can purchase a SIM card at the Digistore (Belize Telemedia Limited) branch located right on the island. For store details and hours, please verify directly using their store locator link  https://livedigi.com/store-locator/
    • (Ferry): The last water taxi is around 5:30 PM. If you miss it, you must either stay overnight in Belize City or arrange an expensive, private charter boat. Schedule and fare changes are frequent; travelers must verify all departure times with the operators (Water Taxi/Sprinter) directly. (Alternative): For a faster option, you can choose to fly via Tropic Air from either Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) or Belize Municipal Airport. Please check their website for the most current schedule and pricing. https://www.tropicair.com/
    • You do not need to exchange money. We widely accept US Dollars (USD), BZD, and most major Credit Cards. Banks on the island offer currency exchange if you prefer BZD, but acceptance of all card types is subject to the individual vendor.
    • Provide the driver with our phone number and ask them to call us when you are picked up or dropped off. This ensures easy coordination and a smooth transfer. We recommend using only reputable, licensed services for your safety.
