Getting to the Northside: The main way to get to our part of the island is a short ferry ride from the village center. The ferry runs frequently from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Nearby Essentials: A small supermarket is located directly across the street for your convenience.

Waterfront Note: The dock is a great spot for fishing, but swimming is not recommended in this area. For safe swimming, we recommend the South Split, just a short ferry ride away.

Stairs & Shared Space: The Penthouse is on the second floor, accessible by stairs only. The kayaks and backyard area are shared with guests in other units.

A reservation can be cancelled without penalty, if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received between 29 days and 8 days prior to arrival sustain a 30% Late Cancellation Fee ​, including all applicable taxes​ . Cancellations received 7 or less days prior to arrival will sustain a full cost Late Cancellation Fee charge including all applicable taxes. All reserving guests agree to provide a current Mastercard or Visa number with expiry date as reservation security. In addition all reserving guests agree to pay the Late Cancellation Fees as outlined above. We are not responsible for flights that are delayed or cancelled, therefore we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance provided by most carriers to cover your costs.

    • Yes, all bed linens and bath towels are provided. We recommend bringing your own beach towels for sunny days at The Split or other swimming spots around the island.
