360 Suites – Penthouse is on second floor, a 4 Bedroom and 3 bath, sleeps 10-12 guests comfortably. Beautiful decor with stunning views and comfortable bedding. Very spacious, clean, has a large kitchen with ac, TVs and complimentary kayaks, shared between the units.
A backyard with hammocks, outside shower and a picnic table. A private beach, fishing off the dock, NO SWIMMING here. Crocodiles have been spotted in Caye Caulker. Swim at south split.

Spiral staircase to the Rooftop glass bedroom Cupola is part of the 3 bedroom Penthouse. Sleeps 4, with stunning 360 panoramic sunrise & sunset views. Cool Caribbean sea breeze.

Studio room – with King bed, sleeps 2 guests, has a separate entrance, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.
Master bedroom sleeps 2 guests with 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom, large glass doors open to magnificent Sunrise view and cool breeze.
A queen size pull out sofa bed is also available in the living room for extra guest.
Option to combine the two – 1 bedrooms downstairs. Sleeping up to 20 guests, inquiry for these options if you have a larger group.
