A Few Important Details
Getting to the Northside: The Northside is easily accessed by a short, scenic boat ride from the famous Split on the Southside. Ferries run regularly from early morning until 10:00 PM.

Dock Safety: The dock is for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying the views and sea breeze. Waterfront, Not for Swimming: The waterfront is great for views and sunsets but not suitable for swimming. The best spot for swimming is at The Split, just a short bike ride away.

No On-Site Staff: To ensure a smooth check-in, please share your arrival time in advance, as there is no office or staff permanently on-site.

Island Access: You’ll enjoy easy access to dining, swimming, and exploring on both the tranquil Northside and the active Southside.

A reservation can be cancelled without penalty, if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received between 29 days and 8 days prior to arrival sustain a 30% Late Cancellation Fee ​, including all applicable taxes​ . Cancellations received 7 or less days prior to arrival will sustain a full cost Late Cancellation Fee charge including all applicable taxes. All reserving guests agree to provide a current Mastercard or Visa number with expiry date as reservation security. In addition all reserving guests agree to pay the Late Cancellation Fees as outlined above. We are not responsible for flights that are delayed or cancelled, therefore we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance provided by most carriers to cover your costs.
