   Another dream come true for these owners. Jo has owned this property since the early 90's and lost the original house in a hurricane. David has been visiting Caye Caulker for years and then decided that he really wanted a home to come to instead of somebody else's. They got together on this project. With a large family, making a home for everyone means a large house! Recently married here too, David worked hard alongside his two sons who pretty much built everything! Built on posts to make the most of the island breezes, it is designed for easy living in airy living spaces with private bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. Annexed to this is the master suite with a queen bed where there is also a kitchenette with it's own bathroom, private porch and lockable doors from the outside and inside. Inside and up the steps you come to a large loft area, perfect for the kids to get away from under your feet and lots of space with banisters for safety and a large fan.
